Julie Godwin is a recipient of the Multi-Million Dollar Producer Award and one of Chinowth and Cohen’s premier bilingual agents, speaking American Sign Language and serving Tulsa’s Deaf community. She is a member of the Greater Tulsa Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors and holds an Associate’s Degree in Accounting from the International Business College. She is most familiar with Tulsa, Broken Arrow, Coweta, and Wagoner but serves all of Northeastern Oklahoma.

Julie is a natural problem solver, a master of organization, and a formidable force at the transaction table where her background in business and accounting shines. Her real estate business was born from an urge to serve others and see that Tulsa neighborhoods prosper, “I just want to know that people are taken care of, safe, and sheltered. My clients are all very special to me, they are part of my own family.”
